SEIRA offers to its customers various after-sale assistance services:
- Setting at work;
- Preventive and corrective maintenance using a notebook.
For the preventive and corrective maintenance, SEIRA can offer an innovative after-sale assistance contract. It establish that
- the customer’s technicians must frequent an instruction course for converters maintenance;
- the customer should purchase some removable drawers as spare parts;
- among our after-sales assistance dept. and the customer’s technician there is a continuous cooperation, opportunely exploiting the resources of the self-diagnosis system of the converters through a Laptop and the transmission, in real time by e-mail, of the data contained on the historical memory of the damaged converter.
Seira in-fact has developed its converters in such way to be able to easily effect the replace of the damaged removable drawers that could be replaced with one of spare in 30 minutes.
The replaced drawer will than be sent to the laboratory for its reparation.
In case of damage of serious entity, SEIRA’s after-sales assistance will intervene within the 36-60 hours from the communication by e-mail.
